0805系列NTC贴片热敏电阻介绍:
NTC热敏电阻是一种由锰、钴、镍为主多种金属氧化物为原料烧结而成的陶瓷半导体感热晶体,对温度变化的敏感度极高,其零功率电阻值随着本体温度升高而降低,随着温度的升高电阻值呈指数关系下降,温度系数高达(3~6%/℃),微小的温度变化会引起很大 的电阻值变化。根据热敏电阻的R-T阻值温度曲线,可以测算出每一个温度点精确的电阻值,在电路中就可以通过电阻值来实现温度的数字化对应,用来进行温度的测量和控制。
0805系列NTC贴片热敏电阻特点:
